Meet Dale a culinary entrepreneur with over 15 years of dedicated experience in crafting a remarkable personal portfolio. From his beginnings at Oulton Hall and the Golden Fleece Birkenshaw to owning his own restaurant, "Brontaes Horsforth," Dale has consistently delivered excellence.

Rachel

With her warm smile and welcoming energy, Rachel is the first friendly face you'll see when you walk through our doors. As our Front of House Manager, she ensures every guest feels right at home from the moment they arrive. Her passion for great service and genuine hospitality makes every visit special. Fun fact: When she’s not making guests feel like family, Rachel’s writing stories—she’s a published author!

Margaux's front of house team. With a warm smile and a passion for customer service, Izzy ensures that each guest feels welcome. Her favourite drink to enjoy on a chilly day is the delicious Ruby Hot Chocolate.

Sam brings over 10 years of experience to the kitchen, with a deep love for classic French cuisine. His dishes are crafted with precision, passion, and a flair for traditional flavors. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, Sam adds an international touch to everything he creates, making each plate a celebration of culture and culinary skill.
