Look no further than Margaux’s Around the World Menu, where each dish promises to transport your taste buds to a different corner of the world. Get ready for an unforgettable dining experience filled with flavours, textures, and creativity!

Created by Head Chef, Dale Spink – this tasting event is taking you places all under one roof!

Event Details:

Date: Thursday 28th, Friday 29th & Saturday 30th March

Time: Exclusive One Sitting Only from 6pm with first course served at 7pm

Wrap-up: The evening concludes at 10:00 pm but not before you have the chance to meet and chat with our talented chefs!

Price: £50 per head

Deposit: £25 per head

Wine Pairing: Elevate your experience with optional specially selected wine pairings (additional cost)

First Course - Italian

Duo of Roasted Butternut Squash & Chilli Arancini, Pickled Onion Emulsion, Parmesan

Second Course - Chinese

Char Sui Pigs Cheek, Pak Choi, Carrot & Ginger, Pickled Red Cabbage, Sesame Cracker

Third Course - Moroccan

Pan Fried Moroccan Chicken, Ras El Hanout Potato, Apricot Puree, Spinach, Curried Cream, Pickled Mango, Dukkha Spice

Fourth Course - Spanish

Dippy Egg, Manchego Cheese Custard, Chorizo Crumb, Salted Chicken Skin, Homemade Brioche & Chive

Fifth Course - British

Apple & Cinnamon Pie, Toffee Crackling, Burnt White Chocolate, Citric Apple Sugar, Cider Crème Anglaise Foam
